Management Office- Is located at 7807 Winborne Dr. (Between Winborne Dr. and Southbridge Dr.), near the Southbridge entrance to the community. There are many reasons why you would visit our management office: 24 hour rent payment, service request, renewals, or parking stickers. 410-766-7700.
Service Requests- Please call 866-777-4116 for emergency work orders for service.
Parking Stickers- The Villages at Marley Station has a parking policy in effect to allow sufficient parking for our residents and to alleviate abandoned vehicles on the property. All vehicles must display a parking sticker. There are also guest parking stickers available at the Management Office. Parking information is provided in the Newsletter and can be obtained at the Management Office. In order to be approved for parking at The Villages at Marley Station you will need your current lease agreement, driver’s license and car registration. A vehicle Guest Pass is required in order to visitors to park in the community.
Vehicle Towing- The Villages at Marley Station enlists the services of North County Towing in response to complaints of limited parking for our residents and abandoned vehicles left on the premises. All vehicles must display the parking sticker in the front or rear window to avoid towing. Extra Sets of Keys- Upon move in you will receive two full sets of keys which included, building door, apartment door and mailbox key. If you need an additional set of keys the cost is $55 a set. These keys can be ordered and picked up in our management office. 410-766-7700.
Laundry Cards- Laundry Care Centers are available throughout the community; Each load is $1.75 and the card is a onetime purchase of $5. The following buildings have a laundry facility: 7811 Winborne Dr. 7836 Bruton Dr. 129 Faywood Ct. 120 Faywood Ct. 7806 Southampton Dr. 126 Sloane Dr. 132 Southbridge Dr. 210 Southbridge Dr.
Fitness Center- Is located between Bruton Dr. and Winborne Dr. (near 7811 Winborne Drive). There is lots of equipment to take advantage of. A Resident ID is required to access the Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is open daily from 7AM to 10PM.
Resident Referrals- All current residents are eligible and encouraged to participate in The Villages at Marley Station Resident Referral Program. You will receive $300 off of one month’s rent when you refer a friend or family member who signs a 12 month lease and moves in.
