Our Community:

Management Office- Is located at 7807 Winborne Dr. (Between Winborne Dr. and Southbridge Dr.), near the Southbridge entrance to the community. There are many reasons why you would visit our management office: 24 hour rent payment, service request, renewals, or parking stickers. 410-766-7700.
Service Requests- Please call 866-777-4116 for emergency work orders for service.

Parking Stickers-The Villages at Marley Station has a parking policy in effect to allow sufficient parking for our residents and to alleviate abandoned vehicles on the property. All vehicles must display a parking sticker. There are also guest parking stickers available at the Management Office. Parking information is provided in the Newsletter and can be obtained at the Management Office. In order to be approved for parking at The Villages at Marley Station you will need your current lease agreement, driver’s license and car registration. A vehicle Guess Pass is required in order to visitors to park in the community.
Vehicle Towing- The Villages at Marley Station enlists the services of North County Towing in response to complaints of limited parking for our residents and abandoned vehicles left on the premises. All vehicles must display the parking sticker in the front or rear window to avoid towing. In the event your vehicle is towed, it can be retrieved at:

Extra Sets of Keys-Upon move in you will receive two full sets of keys which included, building door, apartment door and mailbox key.  If you need an additional set of keys the cost is $55 a set. These keys can be ordered and pickup up in our management office. 410-766-7700.
Laundry Cards- Laundry Care Centers are available throughout the community; Each load is $1.75 and the card is a onetime purchase of $5. The following buildings have a laundry facility:

Fitness Center- Is located between Bruton Dr. and Winborne Dr. (near 7811 Winborne Drive). There is lots of equipment to take advantage of. A Resident ID is required to access the Fitness Center.  The Fitness Center is open daily from 7AM to 10PM.
Resident Referrals- All current residents are eligible and encouraged to participate in The Villages at Marley Station Resident Referral Program.  You will receive $300 off of one month’s rent when you refer a friend or family member who signs a 12 month lease and moves in.  Please refer all inquiries to The Villages at Marley Station Leasing Office: 410-766-7700.

Dining and Shopping near Glen Burnie

The Villages at Marley Station is close to restaurants and shopping locations. Visit Marley Station Mall, Beltway Crossing Shopping Center before you pick up your dry cleaning and a haircut at the Hair Salon. Rite Aid, McDonald’s, and a gas station are all within walking distance! There are merchants for all of your household needs, as well as, other fast food restaurants nearby.
Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is only 5 miles from The Villages at Marley Station. Washington-Reagan National Airport is also nearby in Washington, DC.
For traveling by rail, there is an Amtrak train station located in the BWI airport and at Penn Station in Baltimore.

Maryland Transit Authority (MTA):
•Route 14 between Annapolis, Patapsco light rail station, and downtown Baltimore
•Route 17 between Parkway Center, BWI Airport, and Patapsco light rail station
MTA commuter bus service:
•Route 922 between Annapolis and Washington, D.C.
•Route 950 between Kent Island, Annapolis, and downtown Washington, D.C. 
Whether you are a frequent or occasional rider (or even if you are a first time rider), you will find the MTA easy and convenient.
If you own a vehicle that you will be driving in Glen Burnie, You will find light traffic in the area and ample parking in most areas. When traveling on the major highways to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC, be aware of traffic congestion, especially during morning and evening rush hour commuting.

The Villages at Marley Station takes advantage of being located in the middle of Baltimore and Annapolis neighborhoods and is also conveniently located near downtown Washington, DC.

Maryland is home to the best crabs! The Villages at Marley Station is located close to several popular Maryland seafood restaurants and restaurants of other types of cuisine. Seaside Restaurant is only a short drive from The Villages at Marley Station. Be sure to check out Dave and Buster’s at Arundel Mills Mall (www.daveandbusters.com)  for great food and family fun for all ages. Maryland has lots of places to go for entertainment after dark. Some of the more popular

Maryland has some of the best shopping! The city offers a number of malls, high-end boutiques, discount stores, small business, specialty shops, and shopping centers.  To get you started on your shopping, check out the mall at Marley Station which is within 2 minutes of The Villages at Marley Station.  For a day of shopping, eating and entertainment bisit Marlyland's largest outlet mall at Arundel Mills Mall where you are sure to find everything to complete your wardrobe and compliment your style.
